If something isn't right on our end, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges, and shipping.

 

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

 

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package anytime through our website — just head to the "Track Your Product" link in the navigation, or visit parcelsapp.com directly.Have questions about your shipment? Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed same day and ship within 1–2 business days.

 Is U.S. shipping always free?

 

Yes, free shipping on all U.S. orders, always.
  • U.S. standard shipping: always free, 5–7 business days 
  • U.S. Express shipping: calculated at checkout, 2-3 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
  • International Shipping: calculated at checkout, 7–21 business days

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your case must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition. We can't accept returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong model or size? No stress. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items. Here's how it works:

  • Email us at ShopDigitalDivas@gmail.com with your order number and the model you need
  • We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
  • Once we receive your original case, we'll ship the replacement out right away

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items showing signs of use, scratches, or damage
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery — once your order is confirmed delivered, it is your responsibility

Digital Divas is not liable for damage that occurs to a product after it has been delivered. This includes drops, cracks, scratches, or any other damage resulting from use. Our 14-day return window applies only to items that arrive in defective or incorrect condition.

FAQ

Are the cases MagSafe compatible?

Yes. Our cases are MagSafe compatible and work seamlessly with wireless charging on all supported iPhone models.

How protective are the cases?

Our cases offer triple-layered protection. A hardshell polycrabonate shell constructed with a shock absorbing rubber interior liner and coated with a scratch reistant finish. They're designed to protect your phone without adding bulk.

 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received it after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Will the print fade over time?

Our prints use a high-quality dye-sublimation process that bonds the design into the case surface, not just printed on top. This means the design won't peel, crack, or fade with normal use.

 

What if my case arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind every case. If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or in the wrong size, email us at shop@digitaldivas.us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return required.

Can I return a case if I change my mind?

Because every case is printed on-demand specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend double-checking your phone model before ordering, see our Compatibility Guide for help.

I ordered the wrong size — what do I do?

Email us at shop@digitaldivas.us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't entered production yet, we can update the size. If it has, we'll work with you on the best solution.  

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us at shop@digitaldivas.us within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in production.
